Harry Stagnito, President & CEO

Harry StagnitoHarry Stagnito has spent more than 40 years in food trade media. He started his publishing career with Gorman Publishing, and over a 20-year period as COO helped build the company into the food processing media leader.
He founded Stagnito Publishing in 1990, and grew the company quickly in the food and packaging industries through a series of acquisitions and product launches. Prior to the sale of the then Stagnito Communications in 2007, the company was the worldwide leader in food publishing and information.
In 2009, Mr. Stagnito and two sons co-founded Stagnito Media, and re-entered the food and beverage industry with an emphasis on the retail marketplace with the acquisition of such leading publications as PROGRESSIVE GROCER, CONVENIENCE STORE NEWS, and THE GOURMET RETAILER.
During the past four years, Stagnito Media introduced a new integrated information business model comprised of magazines, digital products, exclusive research, high-level events led by the successful Hispanic360 Conference (since renamed Multicultural Retail 360), and a vibrant custom media division. The company also acquired and launched four new information profit centers during the past year. This rapid, and broad growth resulted in a name change to Stagnito Business Information.
Mr. Stagnito is a recognized authority on media and business strategy, and has deep contacts with international and domestic suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers. He specializes in integrated marketing, sales, training, new product launches, M&A, with an emphasis on trends and perspectives.
He is a graduate of Montana State University and resides in Kildeer, IL with his wife Linda. They have six adult children, (three sons and a daughter who work for the family business).


Korry Stagnito, Chief Brand Officer

Korry StagnitoKorry Stagnito is a 25-year b-to-b media veteran with extensive experience in every facet of the industry and has successfully led dozens of domestic and international multimedia brands.
Prior to joining Stagnito Business Information in 2014, Korry was president & CEO of Moose River Media for six years and led the company's divestiture to EBSCO Industries, Inc. in August 2013. Previously, he was co-founder and president of Stagnito Communications, at the time the leading business information company serving the vertical food and beverage processing, packaging, and retail industries. Korry launched his retail media career as an advertising representative for The Griffin Report of Food Marketing in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. A graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Journalism, Korry and his wife, Sharon, have four daughters and reside in Barrington, IL.


Kyle Stagnito, CFO

Kyle StagnitoKyle Stagnito was a co-founder of Stagnito Publishing Company in 1990. In his previous role as Sr. Vice President and CFO at Stagnito Communications, he directed all financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and business management oversight. Prior to the acquisition of Stagnito Communications by Ascend Media in 2005, Kyle's role as CFO also included management of the Circulation, IT and Human Resources departments. His 25 years of media finance experience includes launches, acquisitions, due diligence, and banking/private equity firm relationships.
Kyle graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA with a BA in Economics. Prior to joining Stagnito Publishing, he held finance positions at MacLean Hunter Publishing Company and Gorman Publishing Company. Kyle lives in Palatine, IL with his wife and two daughters.

Kollin Stagnito, COO

Kollin StagnitoKollin Stagnito has dedicated the past 24 years to delivering industry-leading trade media and critical business information to retailers and manufacturers in the food and non-foods marketplace. Today, Kollin manages the information infrastructure for Stagnito Media. This includes Stagnito's Information Services platform, retail database, IT group, digital media group, and the recently acquired Carbonview research division.
Prior to Korry Stagnito joining the company as Chief Brand Officer in 2014, Kollin acted as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for P&L management, forecasting and day-to-day interaction with the brands' editorial, production, promotion, digital media, events, custom media and audience development departments.
From 1991 to 2007, Kollin was Sr. Vice President and Group Publisher at Stagnito Communications, where he managed the print, digital, and event components for eight of Stagnito's 16 food and beverage brands. Over the course of 16 years, he gained hands-on experience in every facet of publishing and integrated marketing. Kollin was an early believer in the possibilities of online media and developed and launched digital media components including digital magazines, digital newsletters, and educational websites updated daily with original content - which were tightly integrated into the print brands.
Kollin graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI with a BA in Business Economics. He lives in Schaumburg, IL with his son.


Ned Bardic, Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing/Partner

Ned BardicNed Bardic has a diverse multi-media background with a heavy emphasis on integrated b-to-b media solutions. Ned is an accomplished senior sales and new media management professional with a proven record of aggressive revenue growth, successful P&L management, and the ability to deliver measurable results for more than 17 years. Ned has extensive experience in all facets of publishing and specializes in turning around struggling media assets into multi-platformed media brands. Ned also has a strong track record in building successful custom media divisions that deliver double-digit returns and was instrumental in building Stagnito Communications into a media powerhouse. In addition to day-to-day management duties, Ned is directly responsible for Stagnito Business Information's largest advertisers. Ned has a firm understanding of the following industries: business-to-business, online media sales and content development, building and construction, healthcare, insurance, advertising, consumer packaged goods, and special events management.
Ned lives in Lincolnshire, IL with his wife and three children.
